Yes. We use AI where it helps with research, drafting and development. We review and refine its output, check the finished website, and remain responsible for delivering the work agreed in your proposal. The Starter Site is customized to your branding, logo and content — a streamlined, modular build using your existing brand assets and supplied information, not unrestricted bespoke design exploration. You're responsible for supplying accurate information and confirming permission to use any logos, images, reviews or content provided.

Yes. Visibility Care is an optional add-on to either monthly care plan, at $90 per quarter, billed in advance. Every three months we check your website’s search basics and your Google Business Profile, make up to 30 minutes of priority minor updates, and send a short written summary. It is a periodic check, not continuous monitoring or an SEO campaign, and larger work is quoted separately. Rankings and AI-answer inclusion can’t be guaranteed.
Send us your rough notes, bullet points, voice-note transcript or existing business information, and we'll turn it into clear, polished website copy for your Starter Site — headings, short section copy and calls to action for up to five selected sections, with a maximum of approximately 600 words in total. It includes one initial written draft, light adaptation of existing Instagram, brochure, menu or business-profile wording you supply, and copy corrections within the standard revision round. It does not include business naming or brand strategy, a full messaging or positioning exercise, market or competitor research, discovery workshops beyond the normal intake, long-form articles or blog content, professional translation, legal/medical/financial claims, detailed menu transcription or large catalogs, or repeated rewrites after approval. If you supply finished copy, light formatting and typo correction are already included with the website at no extra cost — this add-on is for when we need to create the wording itself from rough source material.

FOUNDING100 provides a one-time $100 reduction on an eligible Starter Site or Small Business Website. It applies to the first five qualifying new website bookings and is secured only after the applicable deposit is received. Submitting the code does not reserve availability.
